I ordered a few custom shirts and wasn’t too happy with how they turned out. The print looked a bit off-center and the colors were way duller than I expected. Shipping was fine and showed up on time, but the actual customization quality just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there may have been some extra fees baked in somewhere, because the final cost felt higher than what the quality matched.

The return/exchange was a bit of a hassle. It took way longer than I expected, and I was just waiting around for updates. Not the worst thing ever, but defintely more frustrating than it needed to be

The tracking didn’t update much either, so I was basically checking on it myself and trying to figure out what was going on. Reading between the lines, it felt like the order maybe just sat somewhere for a while. The items were totally fine once they finally arrived, but the shipping delay was frustrating enough that I’d think twice before ordering again if I needed something quickly.

Shipping was okay, not lightning fast but not terrible either. The box looked a little rough when it showed up, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. I did reach out about tracking at one point, and support basically said it was still moving through the carrier and to give it a little more time, which ended up being right.
I’m giving 4 stars because the order accuracy was solid and everything arrived fine. I just wish the tracking updates had been a bit clearer along the way.

I thought the prices were really good for the quality. My sister and I both agreed the stuff was decent and definitely worth it for what we paid.
